March 2010 - The custom built home on Lot 17 will be completed in March.
February 2010 - Construction of the home on Lot 2 has begun. The lot is currently cleared and the beautiful view can be seen from this waterfront property.
February 2010 - Lot 11 has sold and construction has begun.
January 2010 - There is much activity on Lot 17. Our building crew has broken ground and the construction phase has begun.
December 2009 - The builder has purchased the beautiful waterfront Lot 2. Construction will begin soon.
December 2008 - Garner Chamber of Commerce selects Heron Point to Host the Annual Christmas Party.
